As Marketing Manager, my role in photography, videography & photo editing varies by project.
Photography, Videography & Editing
For some events and content creation, I take the lead on photography & videography. I also take the lead on shooting planes with our 360 camera for our virtual 3D tours via Matterport. If we are doing a professional photoshoot, I oversee the shoot on-site and I assist the photographer with staging, lighting, etc. I also work with the Senior Marketing Manager and the COO to lead virtual company events like zoom webinars.
As a marketing manager, I rely on a variety of digital tools to plan, promote, and run large webinars on Zoom. I use Zoom’s webinar features to create branded registration pages, manage attendee lists, and handle live elements like Q&A, polls, and chat. I also prepare polished presentations using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides, and I coordinate with speakers to make sure everyone is comfortable with the run-of-show and technology before we go live.
During the webinar itself, I act as a moderator, managing the chat, handling questions, launching polls, and ensuring smooth transitions between speakers. Afterward, I will usually send out thank-you emails and share the recording with attendees via CRM. I also review Zoom’s engagement reports and compile performance insights for the team. Altogether, these tools allow me to create a seamless, engaging webinar experience that supports our broader marketing goals.

I also coordinate with the airport before the photoshoot to ensure the aircraft is clean, dressed, hooked up to a generator, and ready for photos. When it comes to photo editing, I take the lead on photoshopping raw images, which usually consists of removing unwanted background items or sensitive information, to ensure everything we put out is picture-perfect.
