As Marketing Manager, my digital marketing responsibilities (outside of social media content - see Social Media Marketing) include running targeted and geofenced ad campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Advertising, monitoring our SEO, and updating our targeted terms using Google SEO.
Geofencing Campaigns
In the past I have been in charge of keeping a calendar of upcoming high-profile, high-net-worth events so we can run geofenced ad campaigns and effectively target event attendees. For example, during the week of Super Bowl LIX, we launched geofenced Google and Meta ads at five-star hotels and restaurants in the New Orleans area.
Utilizing Google and Meta’s advertising platforms, I am able to establish long-term campaigns to target our ideal target audiences in our ideal locations. These campaigns are crucial for increasing local awareness about our FBOs, flight schools, and maintenance centers in various cities and states.
Targeted Campaigns
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is very important when it comes to digital marketing and website management because it allows us to increase our organic website traffic by increasing our site’s visibility or ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs). I monitor SERP rankings and analyze and update targeted terms using Google SEO.
