Social Media Marketing

As Marketing Manager, I manage the company’s social accounts for Jet Access and Jet Access Flight Training on Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.



Responsibilities

My responsibilities include creating both static and video content, writing engaging social copy, and maintaining a content calendar using CoSchedule.

I create content using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign. I also use video editing software such as Clipchamp, CapCut, and Premiere Pro to produce short-form videos, promotional content, and event recaps. My experience with these tools allows me to create cohesive, on-brand visuals that support both marketing campaigns and day-to-day communication efforts.

I plan and draft long-term social media campaigns and features that align with overall brand goals for both Jet Access and Jet Access Flight Training.

This includes developing content calendars, writing post copy, and designing branded posting templates to ensure a consistent visual identity across platforms. I also track the performance of posts using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness, using those insights to refine future content strategies. On a daily basis, I manage community engagement by responding to direct messages, monitoring comments, and fostering conversations to maintain an active and positive online presence. Additionally, I oversee our social media partnerships with industry brands and aviation influencers, coordinating collaborative content and maintaining strong professional relationships to expand our digital reach.

The implementation of a consistent posting schedule, long-term social campaigns, and engaging video content combined with our targeted digital marketing initiatives through Meta advertising, led to a significant increase in user impressions and overall audience growth across all social media platforms. These efforts not only boosted visibility and engagement but also strengthened brand recognition and helped drive traffic to our website and other digital channels.

Social Campaigns

Success Story: Jet Access Charter

As Marketing Manager, I established a long-term social campaign to showcase the aircraft in our 135 Charter fleet.

Each post highlighted the aircraft’s year, make, and model, and featured professional photos of both the interior and exterior.

I included key details for potential clients, such as passenger capacity, range, manufacturing date, refurbishments, Wi-Fi availability, onboard accommodations like microwaves or ovens, and whether the aircraft was pet-friendly.

I have posts drafted for every aircraft on our charter fleet. I use my content calendar in CoSchedule to schedule two charter feature posts per month. I consistently update the drafts folder and posting schedule as aircraft are added and removed from the fleet, refurbishments are done, and new photos are taken.

Due to the success of the charter posts, I upgraded this initiative from a social feature to a multimedia marketing campaign by creating a complementary email campaign.

I created this charter feature email in the email marketing & CRM system Constant Contact, and scheduled it to run parallel to the charter social media posts. 

The charter email complemented the social feature by increasing awareness for our targeted audience, providing a stronger call to action, and easier access to our landing page. The full email clients received included a section linking back to our charter fleet pages on our website (not pictured).

I worked with our company’s president of charter to get this email template approved and identify which lead lists to add on to this campaign.

After this campaign’s success, I created a similar social campaign for our aircraft sales & brokerage team for our planes entering the marketplace.

Campaign Results


This campaign successfully increased our audience’s awareness of our charter aircraft and their unique features through targeted content and strategic messaging. As a result, we saw a noticeable rise in engagement and follower growth across our social media channels. In addition to boosting online visibility, the campaign directly contributed to an increase in inquiries and bookings for the featured charter aircraft, highlighting the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts in driving real business outcomes.
