Email Marketing & CRM Systems

As Marketing Manager, I use a combination of HTML and leading marketing automation platforms such as Constant Contact, HubSpot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, edit, and deploy emails that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. In my day-to-day work, I create and customize reusable templates, apply consistent branding, and leverage HTML/CSS and JavaScript to support responsive layouts, personalization, and interactive content. I regularly collaborate with creative and marketing teams, using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and InDesign to translate designs into functional email experiences. To ensure quality and performance, I test emails across clients and devices with utilizing softwares on Litmus, Salesforce, Constant Contact, and Hubspot. I experiment with new features, and analyze key performance metrics to optimize ongoing automations. I document and report results, apply learnings to future campaigns, and continuously refine strategies within platforms like HubSpot to drive stronger engagement and measurable results.

Experience Highlights

  • On Salesforce Marketing Cloud, I created a five-prong email campaign for aircraft management that was tailored to 12 different aircraft types, for a total of  60 emails.

  • I create and manage national and location-based email campaigns for our charter operation’s ‘empty leg’ flight list. These are updated and sent weekly.

  • I design and manage a charter fleet email campaign to compliment the charter plane features on social media. More on that here.

  • To ensure quality and performance, I test emails across clients and devices with tools like Litmus, experiment with new features, and analyze key performance metrics to optimize ongoing automations.

  • I document and report results in monthly strategy meetings, apply learnings to future campaigns, and continuously refine strategies within platforms like HubSpot to drive stronger engagement and measurable results.
