This case study outlines the end-to-end UX design of an optimized e-commerce product for the makeup & skincare industry. Utilizing data-driven user research and best practices in structured design psychology, the final product features three live high-impact e-commerce page prototypes: a Home Page, Product Display Page (PDP), and Checkout Flow; each optimized to improve usability and decrease navigation and transaction friction.

As a Web Design and Digital Marketing Intern, I implemented UX & UI Design strategies to improve the website user experience and careers journey to increase engagement, accessibility, and conversion of prospective Direct Care applicants, helping PCCS recruit 30 additional employees across its 27-county service area.
